Intensive In-Home Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Intensive In-Home Services Specialist to join our team at White House Health Systems. As an Intensive In-Home Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing case management services to families awaiting approval from Kepro.
The successful candidate will have experience working in intensive in-home services and be able to provide comprehensive case management needs to clients. This includes collaborating with the clinical manager on assessments, submission to Kepro, and case management needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client progress and providing regular updates to the clinical manager.
This is a full-time or part-time role with variable hours, ranging from 20 to 40 per week. The estimated salary for this position is $27,600 - $34,080 per annum, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining two cases billing on average 10hrs per week.
- Collaborating with the clinical manager on assessments, submission to Kepro, and case management needs.
- Providing case management services to families awaiting approval from Kepro.
- Documenting client progress and providing regular updates to the clinical manager.
- Billing no less than 3hrs per week and no more than 12hrs per week as deemed necessary by the clinical manager.
Requirements include:
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or other human service field.
- One year of experience working in Intensive In-home and/or bachelor's degree and five years' experience working with similar programs for serious emotionally disturbed children.
- A valid Virginia Driver's License is required for employment.
