Sales Growth Manager

TÜV SÜD America, a leading provider of safety and sustainability solutions, seeks a skilled Account Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their expertise in growing sales revenue and expanding customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in industrial and consumer service areas.
- Collaborate with Business Line Managers to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Manage a team of sales executives and provide guidance on sales processes and workflow optimization.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales data in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or sales role, with a minimum of 3-5 years in product safety compliance services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and driving results.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
