Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional safety and sustainability solutions to our customers. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Grow sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Business Line Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage a team of sales executives and provide coaching on sales processes and workflow optimization.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or sales role, with a minimum of 3-5 years in product safety compliance services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and driving results.
