We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor to join our team at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center and the Division of Sleep Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Training: Provide instruction and mentorship to residents, fellows, and medical students in the field of Sleep Medicine.
- Clinical Practice: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with sleep disorders, manage patients with sleep disorders, and interpret sleep studies.
- Research and Scholarship: Develop evidence-based approaches to prevent, diagnose, and treat sleep disorders, and investigate the relationships between sleep disorders and co-existing conditions.
- MD or equivalent degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Sleep Medicine
- Experience in teaching and clinical practice in Sleep Medicine
- Experience in research and scholarship in Sleep Medicine
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
