Sleep Study Technician

Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for data collection and analysis of sleep studies in patients 3 years of age and older. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical setting and be proficient in common MS Office applications.


Key Responsibilities:
• Prepares and applies electrodes, sensors, and therapies for sleep studies
• Identifies and documents patient events, including sleep stages, respiratory events, and EKG arrhythmias
• Corrects poor study/signal quality timely and appropriately
• Performs common office tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and messaging

Requirements:
• High School Graduate/GED
• Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support CPR
• Experience in a medical setting/sleep disorders center preferred
• Experience with common MS Office applications preferred
