**Student Information Systems Analyst**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Student Information Systems Analyst to join our team at KIPP Philadelphia Schools. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our student information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain our student information system, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that school staff have the necessary skills to effectively use our student information system.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our student information system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and student information systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in education or a related field.
- High proficiency in using Excel and/or Google Sheets formulas and pivot tables to manipulate, compile, and analyze data.
- Experience using Student Information Systems (such as PowerSchool) and/or Customer Relationship Management software (such as Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze trends in data and communicate them clearly and meaningfully to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience writing and running SQL queries to manipulate data.
- Experience working with educational technology platforms (ideally including PowerSchool SIS, Illuminate DnA, Clever, and DeanList).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Tableau, Tableau Prep, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools to visualize data.
- Experience managing and auditing data quality as a database administrator.
- Experience automating processes and managing data with Python.
