About the Role

A world-class IT services company, Apex Systems, is seeking an experienced Epic Health Care Systems Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for defining and documenting system scope and objectives, developing system specifications, and executing system test plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain system specifications, perform system design, and execute system test plans.
  • Anticipate and resolve complex problems, providing solutions to operational partners.
  • Manage components of medium to large size, complex revenue cycle system projects.
  • Develop detailed system selection criteria based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Build effective relationships with organizational partners in specification, design, and testing activities.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience with Epic HIM software application implementation.
  • 4 years of experience with all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or project life cycle (PLC).
  • 4 years of experience in a hospital acute care environment as an employee or consultant.
  • 1 year of experience with a variety of healthcare systems, e.g., Epic, GE, McKesson, Siemens.
  • EC - Epic Certification.
