A leading healthcare technology company, Apex Systems, is seeking a highly skilled Epic Health Care Systems Analyst to join their team. This is a Hybrid opportunity, and the team is located in the United States.

  • Develops system specifications, performs system design across various applications, and executes system test plans.
  • Anticipates problems, provides solutions to complex problems with the necessary priorities, and presents the solution to operational partners.
  • Manages components of medium to large size, complex revenue cycle system projects, provides mentoring of system analysts, and provides support of others on revenue cycle system projects.
  • Builds effective relationships with organizational partners (financial, clinical, and operational) in the specification, design, and testing activities, and presents ideas clearly and concisely.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field/clinical specialty (Required)
  • 4 Years experience with Epic HIM software application implementation(s) (Required)
  • 4 Years experience with all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or project life cycle (PLC) (Required)
  • 4 Years experience in a hospital acute care environment as an employee or consultant (Required)
  • 1 Year experience with a variety of healthcare systems, e.g., Epic, GE, McKesson, Siemens (Required)

Licenses/Certifications:

  • EC - Epic Certification (Required)
