Job Role Summary

As an HR Assistant at LyTa Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Recruitment: Assist with recruitment and hiring efforts to identify top talent for our organization.
  • Personnel Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile detailed reports from personnel databases to inform business decisions.
  • HR System Administration: Review and update HR information system records to ensure data integrity.
  • Policy Compliance: Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Employee Relations: Communicate essential information to employees and job applicants in a clear and timely manner.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources is highly desirable.
  • General knowledge of labor and employment laws is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
