We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with daily human resource administrative functions, including benefit and compliance management, employee relations, and recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general administrative duties related to the operation of the human resources office
• Coordinate actions such as employee status and pay changes, I-9 reverification and audits, employment verifications, etc.
• Process all status changes in the HRIS system
• Create and maintain personnel files and on-going credential files for staff
Requirements:
- High School or GED required
- Associate Degree preferred
- Must have experience in Administrative Positions
- Nice to have HRIS system experience
- Bilingual Speaking (English and Spanish) preferred
