About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician at Post Brothers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and associates.

The successful candidate will have 2 years of working experience in maintenance or construction and possess entry-level knowledge of building programs, including inventory control, preventative maintenance, and work order record keeping. Additionally, they should have entry-level knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, electric systems, and landscaping.

A strong understanding of building codes, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations is essential. You will be expected to perform heavy lifting (at least 60 lbs), climb ladders up to 24 ft, stand and walk for 8 hours, and perform other physically demanding duties as directed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to building systems and equipment.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent damage to property.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
