  • Monitor transactions throughout the trade lifecycle by analyzing system logs.
  • Address HelpDesk inquiries related to system or business transactions efficiently.
  • Direct product or feature-related inquiries to the appropriate product development teams.
  • Handle post-execution tasks for trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting functions.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve errors, discrepancies, and queries promptly to ensure timely settlements.
