About the Role

iCapital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Implementation Specialists team. As a key member of the Product department, you will be responsible for managing integration activity for new and existing clients, as well as ensuring a seamless client experience with the iCapital platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services and a passion for knowledge. You will work closely with Product Managers and Relationship Managers to deliver new product enhancements and updates, and will be responsible for troubleshooting platform issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Implementation Lead on all aspects of new and existing client integrations
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients and managing their overall platform experience
  • Learning all interfaces on the iCapital platform and developing an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end platform
  • Driving operational efficiencies and platform enhancements proactively and consistently
  • Documenting and updating procedures, processes, and workflow, assisting with the creation of playbooks and client collateral

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in project management/operational financial services
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across both internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analytics skills
  • History of being a team player, willingness to roll up one's sleeves and get the job done
  • Detail-oriented and able to strategically prioritize tasks
