About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Sales Representative to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Coffee Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Nespresso products to customers in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Exhibit a passion for coffee and the Nespresso brand, and be able to communicate this enthusiasm to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the features and benefits of Nespresso products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of Nespresso sales in the retail channel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and associates to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a coffee or beverage-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and store staff.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
