We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of six (6) months of experience in a coffee-related role within the service industry.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Necessary certifications and identification as mandated by the U.S. Department of Justice for employment eligibility, including unexpired TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification.
  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the workplace, with the ability to read, write, and understand.
  • Capability to draft routine reports and correspondence.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with colleagues and management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for document creation.
  • Understanding of various computer programs, including Property Management Systems and Point of Sale systems.
  • Basic mathematical skills for performing calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
