About the Role
Pro Coffee Gear, a rapidly growing commercial equipment sales and service business, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our head technician and logistics lead in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, track, pack, and fulfill espresso machine and small pack shipments efficiently.
- Receive purchase orders, assemble kits, and maintain product and parts organization.
- Assist technicians in cleaning and testing espresso machines, as well as disassembling and reassembling exterior panels.
- Clean espresso machines for photos and take high-quality images.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and contribute to process improvement activities as required.
Advancement Opportunities
Depending on fit, a successful candidate may transition to a technician, logistics lead, or a technical sales and support role, contributing to the growth and success of Pro Coffee Gear.
