IT Compliance Auditor

Powder River Industries, LLC specializes in delivering comprehensive technical solutions throughout the entire system development life cycle (SDLC). As a primary contractor, we oversee complete system management for mission-critical operations. Our services encompass data center management, integrated logistics support, continuity of operations planning (COOP), and disaster recovery strategies. Additionally, as a subcontractor, we offer a range of services including: DevSecOps, software engineering, network management, systems analysis, database management, storage solutions, hardware engineering, and Tier 1 to Tier 3 support in traditional data center settings, as well as cloud and hybrid cloud environments. Our current cloud operations utilize platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Compliance Auditor, your role will involve conducting thorough evaluations of IT programs or their components to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Plan and execute audits and advisory projects, which includes drafting audit announcements, developing audit programs, preparing meeting agendas, identifying relevant risks and controls, gathering evidence requests, conducting interviews, performing process walkthroughs, assessing design and operational effectiveness, documenting work papers, and preparing reports.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with IT stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior auditors to support their professional growth and success.
• Track the status of issue resolution and provide insights to assist in the preparation of Internal Audit Status Reports for presentation to Internal Audit Leadership and the Audit Committee.
• Enhance and optimize the use of automated tools within the organization to leverage data analytics in projects, aiming to improve quality and efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.
2. Position requires on-site presence; remote work is not an option.
