The New and Existing Restaurants Project Coordinator is primarily tasked with high-level administrative duties, data management, and financial responsibilities to assist in the formulation and distribution of contractor and supplier purchase orders, amendments, and reimbursements for Restaurant Development. Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, handling inquiries and processing reimbursements for franchisees, managing accounts payable, overseeing database operations, analyzing budgets, and generating various reports utilizing Restaurant sales data. This role provides analytical support for the Development & Construction and Strategic Reinvestment teams.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee senior-level administrative functions to align with the team's strategic direction.
• Evaluate quotes from partners, apply appropriate coding, and manage the entry of purchase and change orders while supporting the Captive Venue Team in updating records in Supply Central and Oracle.
• Administer purchase orders, change orders, and invoices from general contractors, ensuring accurate review and coding.
• Assist partners and staff by providing necessary coding, routing information, and documentation as required.
• Generate data and ad-hoc reports for staff as needed for various programs and projects.
• Address partner inquiries related to accounting matters.
• Resolve queries concerning purchase orders and invoices.
• Facilitate the setup of partners in Supply Central (procurement system).
• Respond to partner requests for audit validation.
• Manage Smartsheets associated with purchase order closures and partner inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to oversee purchase order and invoice approvals.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Oracle (Business Objects).
• Ability to maintain a friendly and supportive demeanor while demonstrating empathy towards clients.
• Comfortable with data entry from a remote setting with minimal daily interaction.
• Knowledge of construction-related purchase orders.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in data analysis, finance, procurement, distribution, construction, and/or facilities management.
• Proactive in identifying needs and taking action without needing direction.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, problem-solving mindset.
• Positive attitude towards work, eager to learn and contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
• Capable of building strong relationships with clients and managing their expectations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in a professional services environment.
