Overview

This career opportunity within our framework is positioned at the Management Consultant level for the CIO Advisory business unit. The role of a Senior Consultant will spearhead the growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts by leveraging both existing and emerging capabilities, while also identifying new strategic growth areas to achieve significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally.

This role is expected to drive growth in the following areas:
  • Transformation initiatives for CIO Advisory
  • Consulting capabilities in CIO Advisory, Digital, and Talent & Change
Our Senior Consultant is anticipated to cultivate C-level relationships and utilize strategic partnerships relevant to the business growth strategy, in collaboration with Global Account Executives and other business leaders worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to establish a robust business growth strategy for designated strategic accounts. Ensure the consulting business identifies new opportunities and enhances Wipro's client positioning.
  • Relationships: As a Management Consultant, bring extensive expertise and industry connections to advance the consulting and advisory business.
  • Solutions: Identify and define unique services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients.
  • Customer Centricity: Ensure customer value remains central to all activities, confirming Wipro's alignment with client/customer value and strategic objectives.
  • Branding: Utilize the above to strengthen Wipro's market positioning and enhance brand recognition.
