Candidates should possess a robust, engineering-oriented mindset complemented by strong communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions that provide significant value to the firm's clientele. The position reports directly to the President and plays a vital role in the leadership team of the organization. The Client Advisory team will report to this position, with additional reporting lines to Business Development and Client Advisory.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee solution delivery, analytics, and strategic execution for clients related to designated projects.
- Assist Pareto clients in realizing their strategic objectives through the application of our solutions and healthcare industry expertise.
- Identify market challenges and enhance the product portfolio to seize broader market opportunities.
- Gain insights into our business and the competitive landscape to innovate and develop new offerings.
- Ensure project success by acting as the primary business liaison for both clients and internal teams, monitoring project progress, providing oversight, guidance, and performing client-facing tasks, including comprehensive deliverables.
- Serve as the central contact point for all project phases, including design, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all projects are managed effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through regular check-ins, status report reviews, recommendations, best practices, and risk identification and mitigation.
- Communicate efficiently with all project stakeholders while serving as an escalation path for addressing concerns or issues that may arise through collaboration or referral to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with Pareto Business Development and Consulting teams on sales enablement initiatives, including client presentations.
- Maintain industry knowledge through participation in industry group meetings and other relevant forums.
- Provide market intelligence through strategic discussions with clients and research on healthcare-related topics, ensuring new insights are integrated into standard methodologies and strategies.
- Engage in ad hoc projects as assigned and support other corporate initiatives as necessary.
- Partner with Advisory Services leadership to enhance the overall performance of the service line, supporting its vision and initiatives, establishing goals, and reporting on progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree in business, IT, or healthcare is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting management, with at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams. Experience in healthcare, particularly in the Risk Adjustment sector, is preferred.
- Client-facing experience is essential.
- Practical understanding and experience in operationalizing a team.
- Able to positively influence and engage consultants and clients, generating interest and enthusiasm for the business line.
- Solution-oriented, skilled in understanding complex situations, anticipating client needs, and conceptualizing both problems and solutions.
