About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Senior Talent Sourcer to join our growing talent acquisition team at Jerry, a fast-growing fintech startup. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for recruiting top talent to fuel our continued success.

As a Talent Sourcer, you'll work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to identify and attract the highest caliber of talent. You'll take on critical and challenging searches across various business functions, from product and engineering to marketing and people operations.

This is a remote full-time contract position, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment contingent on outstanding performance.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  1. Source top talent for mid-to-senior level roles across various business functions.
  2. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
  3. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies.
Who You Are:

You excel at identifying and attracting top talent by crafting compelling outreach messages and employing innovative methods to find and engage exceptional candidates. You're a high achiever, always raising the bar for yourself and those around you.

You're as comfortable operating within defined parameters as you are with a high degree of ambiguity.

Ideal Profile:

5+ years of experience sourcing top talent, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment across various business functions. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple searches simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
