Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Global Communities. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.

You will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and effective recruitment processes. Additionally, you will work closely with the Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development to ensure that recruitment processes are aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support
  • Work closely with the Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development to ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
