Join Our Team as Grant Project Manager

The starting salary for this position is $65,164 per year.

This role supports the Office of Community Renewal's Finance & Compliance unit, responsible for supporting OCR program regulatory requirements, tracking data, and compliance review, testing, and reporting functions.

Key responsibilities include gathering and accessing data using federal and state program-specific tracking systems, filing compliance reports, preparing communications and updates about the unit's compliance processes, and conducting reviews of grant applicants to determine if they are responsible vendors.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; or four years of specialized experience may substitute for bachelor's degree; J.D. or master's degree may substitute for one year of specialized experience; Ph.D. may substitute for two years of specialized experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in auditing, accounting, business administration, compliance, finance, public administration, or other related fields, plus work experience in a professional office setting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience performing administrative duties with speed and accuracy. Ability to complete tasks without immediate and constant supervision.
  • Affinity toward technology, including Microsoft office programs, Webex, SharePoint, and other database tracking systems used to document, disseminate, research, and retrieve information.
