We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Grant Writer Specialist.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for locating, researching, and applying for funding opportunities, as well as tracking deadlines and requirements for all grants received. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research grant opportunities from government and non-government sources, identifying potential funding options and developing strategies for successful applications.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input for all proposals, ensuring that all necessary information is included and deadlines are met.
  • Draft grant proposals and supporting documents, creating polished and compelling applications that showcase our organization's mission and goals.
  • Track deadlines and funding requirements, ensuring that all necessary documents are submitted on time and meeting the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain a grant management system for funded grants, including report due dates, budget adherence, and any other grant requirements.
  • Draft and submit reports for grant compliance, ensuring that all necessary data is collected and presented in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in any field or four years of specialized experience in a research, reporting, or analysis role.
  • An associate's degree and two years of specialized experience may substitute for the general experience.
