We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide individualized treatment plans for patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
  • Participate in in-house therapy sessions and receive local management support.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
  • Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
  • Must have 3 C's.
  • Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
