Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Executive Chef 3 to support our Senior Living account at a vibrant community in the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. This highly visible position will report to the General Manager and interact with residents on a daily basis. The successful candidate will develop and grow the menu, manage food costs, and offer high-quality service to residents. Key responsibilities include overseeing residential dining services, catering, and special events, as well as providing technical training and expertise to the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in fine dining, upscale senior living, or country club settings. They will also have a strong understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory, and labor management concepts. Servsafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP are required. A culinary degree and C.E.C certification are desired. Compensation is based on education level, years of experience, and specific criteria.
