Key responsibilities include overseeing residential dining services, catering, and special events, as well as providing technical training and expertise to the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in fine dining, upscale senior living, or country club settings. They will also have a strong understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory, and labor management concepts. Servsafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP are required. A culinary degree and C.E.C certification are desired.
