Job Summary

The Shift Lead is responsible for ensuring seamless operations across all shifts, working closely with veterinary teams to maintain high-quality patient care and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports veterinary assistants/technicians in performing duties such as admitting patients, taking vital signs, and preparing exam rooms.
  • Provides operational support, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure continuity of care and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a veterinary setting or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$31 per hour, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
