Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Medical Screener at CSL Plasma. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for registering donors, conducting health screening procedures, and educating new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma.

In this role, you will maintain accurate records of donor data, alert group leaders or supervisors of donor flow issues, and promote safety in all actions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient work environment and ensuring sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a minimum of three months' experience in a clerical or customer service position is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $38,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include options for healthcare coverage, basic life insurance, and participation in a 401(k) Savings Plan.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, with a typical work schedule of 40 hours per week. You will be required to work overtime and extended hours to support center operational needs. The working conditions are fast-paced, with frequent interruptions, and you may be exposed to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures, and blood-borne pathogens.
