As a Banquet Server, you thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of our banquet events. Your warm, approachable, and professional attitude fosters unforgettable dining experiences for our esteemed members and guests. You proactively anticipate their needs, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure that all requests are handled promptly.

After serving our guests, you will check in with them to confirm their satisfaction. Alongside providing excellent service, you will maintain cleanliness and organization in our dining areas and event spaces. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer service are vital to your success in this role. You will look forward to each workday, enjoying the opportunity to contribute to a country club that offers exquisite cuisine in a stunning environment.

Employee Benefits include:

  • Paid Vacation and Sick Time
    Available to full-time employees after 90 days. Accrued time may not be utilized until the employee has completed six months of employment.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
    Available to employees averaging 30 or more hours per week after 90 days - Employee cost $7.50 weekly.
  • 6 Paid Holidays
    Available to full-time employees after 90 days.
  • 401 K Retirement Plan
    All employees who complete 1000 hours in a plan year are eligible. Governors Club will match employee contributions $0.50 for every $1.00 up to a maximum of 5%.
  • Golfing Privileges
    Available to all employees after 90 days - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons.
  • Tennis Privileges
    Available to all employees after 90 days.
  • Complimentary Meals
    Available to all employees from 11 am to 4 pm daily.
  • Employee Continuing Education Scholarships
    Available to all employees after 9 months of employment.
  • Employee Appreciation Events
    Available to all employees, including a holiday social in December.

Employment Types:

Full-Time: Regular employees averaging 32 or more hours per week after 90 days.

Part-Time: Regular employees averaging 31 or fewer hours per week after 90 days.

Compensation:
$17.00 per hour.

Available Hours:
Full-Time & Part-Time
Flexible schedules.
