Job Description

MBI Health Services, LLC. is a certified behavioral health agency serving the D.C. Metropolitan Area. Our mission is to provide a wide range of services and programs for adults and children, empowering them to regain confidence and security in their lives.

We partner with government healthcare agencies, such as the Department on Behavioral Health, the Department on Disability Services, and the National Institutes of Health.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with shelter management personnel to identify potential consumers for Day treatment.
  • Work directly with shelters and case workers to identify individuals in need of Day Treatment Services.
  • Meet with shelter residents referred by shelter management to discuss Day treatment opportunities.
  • Create a schedule to transport shelter residents to Day treatment at PABC, where they will engage with intake specialists.
  • Submit quarterly reports on the number of referrals identified and engaged.
  • Report directly to the Director of Day Treatment Services.
  • Identify additional locations, agencies, and wrap-around service providers to establish relationships and collaboration opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and attend all company-required trainings.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
