We are a growing wholesale business seeking a creative problem solver to join our team of Customer Care Advocates.

As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be responsible for listening to customer service issues and offering innovative solutions to each problem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage responses to Customer Service-related inquiries in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service and maximizing the customer experience.
  • Work with the Sales Operations team and Account Executives to identify and analyze customer issues and provide resolutions.
  • Drive processes to provide continuous analysis and reporting of information related to Quality and Service Status.
  • Provide World Class Customer Service to Four Hands customers.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of the customer base, price levels, the order to cash process, order minimums and reorders for all customers, and shipping procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Four Hands departments, providing exceptional internal and external customer service as needed.
  • Maximize the customer experience and operational performance by providing resources and technical advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' of Customer Care experience.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and self-starter.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively and efficiently.
  • Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently.
  • Active and engaged listener, with the ability to communicate with various audiences clearly and concisely.
