Job Summary

We're looking for a customer-focused individual to partner with our Sales Support Team, building and growing customer relationships. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing best-in-class service to customers via phone, email, or other channels
  • Communicating clearly and effectively, both written and verbally
  • Working accurately with attention to detail

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:

  • Interact with customers to provide product information, order status, and resolve customer service issues
  • Utilize our internal CRM and ERP systems to manage customer interactions

  • Improve customer service quality by analyzing and optimizing processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
