  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and chats from customers about their employer's benefits plans, providing education and guidance on benefits, systems, and related processes.
  • Benefits Administration: Process enrollment-related transactions, take ownership of issues through resolution, and document information into a client system to track customer interactions and solutions.
  • Communication: Advocate for employees on the phone, collect information to authenticate calls, and reference client call guides to ensure accurate and timely support.
  • Case Management: Create cases for new callers and log information, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-year call center customer service experience (high volume environment) or hospitality/retail customer service experience.
  • Technical Skills: Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and computer literacy.
  • Education: High School degree.
  • Soft Skills: Positive attitude, effective communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mentality.
