Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the strategy, implementation, and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, with a focus on content acquisition and planning across various channels.
  • Manage social media strategies and digital media programs for HearingLoss.com, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and members to drive the certification process, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Develop and implement a cross-channel media strategy to increase awareness of HearingLoss.com across all paid and traditional media channels.
  • Analyze social media, web traffic, SEO, search, and display metrics to inform and optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations, digital technologies, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in project management, with significant exposure to digital marketing and client engagement.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, particularly web and social media management.
  • Strong client-facing communicator with a service mindset, eager to adapt, learn, and pivot as business needs evolve.

  • A hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office.
  • A competitive salary range of $90,000-$100,000 per year, DOE.
  • A $75 monthly cell phone allowance.
