Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work fully remote and have complete control and autonomy of your schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a commission-based sales position with a 5% raise in commission attainable every two months based on production.
  • Agents will call clients, qualify, and set up appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom and help them apply for an insurance policy.
  • Must hold a Life Insurance license or be willing to obtain with help from Lamarque Agency.
  • Access to the internet and Zoom capabilities is required.

Compensation:

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available, and online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship are available. The average commission is around $ per application. Full-time agents write about 5 or more applications per week.

  • Part-Time agents make approximately $30k-$60K+ in their first year.
  • Full-Time agents make approximately $80K-$190K+ in their first year.
  • Agency Owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200k-$500K + a year.

Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
