Clinical Research Site Director

Tekton Research is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our research site in Fort Collins, CO.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving site performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and maintaining a professional, ethical, and positive reputation for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations to optimize performance and achieve company goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory processes and clinical procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and participants
- Lead problem-solving efforts to address site-specific challenges
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical research site network management
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, and sponsor interaction preferred
- College or specialized degree preferred
