The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to join our team at our Danvers location. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community-based physician practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and obtain prior authorizations from insurance companies as needed
  • Check-in patients, answer their questions, and assist with pre-visit paperwork
  • Complete forms, collect co-payments, and schedule follow-up appointments, tests, and procedures
  • Field incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately
  • Monitor patient flow and waiting room activity
  • Provide general support to practice leadership, clinicians, and peers
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or College-level coursework preferred but not required
  • 2 years of experience working in a community-based medical practice preferred
  • Epic experience preferred
