Experienced Telemetry RNs Wanted for Atlanta Assignment

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Tele Travel Nurse with Travel Nurse Across America, you will have the opportunity to provide care to patients who require close monitoring of their heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, and blood-oxygen levels.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of recent acute care experience. This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:This role involves providing basic bedside care, monitoring and adjusting specialized equipment used on patients, interpreting electronic displays, identifying irregular telemetry readings, and notifying appropriate medical team members. You will also be responsible for initiating corrective action when information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Operate various medical devices, including ECG machines and ventilators.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- At least 1.5 years of recent acute care experience.
- Valid ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
