Advanced Practice Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at Emory Healthcare. This individual will provide exceptional patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients with complex medical conditions
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, and develop strategies for improved patient outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or completion of a re-entry nursing program
- BLS certification required; ACLS may be required in designated departments
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,500-$103,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
