Talent Management Specialist

About the Role:

The Talent Management Specialist will partner with HR leaders and business leaders to diagnose, plan, and create appropriate and proactive solutions to achieve successful business outcomes through its people. This role will actively partner with HR and business partners on human capital strategies such as performance management, succession planning, capability development, talent planning, high-performing leaders & teams, career development, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational design, culture and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and other team members to assess organizational opportunities and design human capital solutions that achieve strategic business and talent development goals and outcomes.
  • Translate business priorities into talent priorities; assess and diagnose strategic human capital needs at all levels to design and develop effective solutions to drive enterprise and/or business unit growth and productivity improvements.
  • Design enterprise-wide processes, tools, and methodologies (e.g., change management, engagement, organizational design, performance management, succession planning).


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven leadership experience
  • 7+ years of human resource management experience
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or CPTD certifications preferred


Skills and Physical Demands:

Skills:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Cloud apps, and knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to follow up, multi-task and prioritize while managing a continuous stream of work, ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.


Typical Physical Demands:
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
