Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Intern provides support to various Recruiting and HR teams by executing administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for students interested in human resources, recruitment, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone screens, complete reference checks, and extend job offers.
- Manage background check processes and collaborate with HR team members.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
- Open and manage job requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
- Post jobs to internal and external career sites.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including background facilitation and I9 verification.
- Support recruiting and HR-related projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently enrolled in a four-year university program, preferably in human resource management, education, training, and development, or a related field.
- Past internship experience is a plus.
Skills and Physical Demands:
- Effective writing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Typical physical demands include prolonged sitting, some bending, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
