Talent Management Specialist

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will partner with business leaders to diagnose, plan, and create solutions to achieve successful business outcomes through our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to design human capital solutions that drive strategic business and talent development goals.
- Translate business priorities into talent priorities and assess strategic human capital needs to design effective solutions.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide processes, tools, and methodologies to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 10+ years of proven leadership experience, with 7+ years in human resource management.
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or CPTD certifications preferred.
