Key Responsibilities- Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement processes to optimize sales operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Provide Strategic Insights: Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth, develop actionable recommendations, and support quarterly business reviews and board meetings.
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage large-scale projects that impact new business, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Sales Forecast: Develop processes to collect inputs, analyze data, and improve forecast accuracy.
- Instrument and Analyze Data: Turn data into actionable insights across growth and customer success.
- Manage Incentive Compensation: Partner with finance to prepare plans, set goals, and report on sales performance KPIs.
- Sales Systems and Reporting: Ensure effective administration of sales-related tools to support clarity and accountability.
- Team Building: Attract, hire, and develop outstanding talent.
- 7+ years of experience in sales and/or business operations.
- Deep understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally and leading initiatives between teams.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience working at a healthcare SaaS company.
- Domain knowledge specific to care delivery and clinical workflows.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $180K - $190K, equity, and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a health savings account with employer match, and company-paid disability and life insurance.
