We are partnering with a software and data analytics company to find a seasoned Director of MDR to lead their security operations in Dallas, TX or San Jose, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for MDR services, driving team collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor MDR services, lead incident response efforts, and enhance SOC capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards through ongoing performance management and optimization initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing MDR services.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and hiring a team.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Deep understanding of MDR services, including industry standards and regulatory requirements.
