The Maintenance Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining a successful maintenance program that includes maintenance, repair, and improvement of facility equipment, machinery, buildings, and related safety systems. This shall include:

  • Maintenance Program Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility equipment, machinery, and buildings to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Safety Systems: Ensure the maintenance and repair of safety systems, including fire suppression, emergency lighting, and other critical systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and other support staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and other technical aspects of facility maintenance.
