Job Overview

Northbound Search is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage incoming payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Prepare and send bills, invoices, and bank deposits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Investigate and resolve client billing issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and communicating with clients.
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and Excel skills.
  • 1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
