Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Paths Management Services, LLC. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, tracking receivables, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review receivable collection reports to ensure timely payment
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Maintain electronic accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Process receipts, cash, and other forms of payment
  • Prepare bank deposits and perform deposit accounting
  • Process adjustments and maintain up-to-date billing system
  • Assist in general financial management and analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field
  • 2-5 years' experience in real estate accounting
  • At least 2 years of accounts receivable specialist experience
  • Prior work experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Yardi software preferred
