About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our finance team at Guidepoint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing discrepancies and questions, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including client billing systems and cash collections reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations and review collection reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve issues contributing to account delinquency, working closely with management to provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
  • Assist the Global Accounts Receivables Supervisor with various tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivables or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
What We Offer

Guidepoint offers a competitive annual base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 15 PTO days, 10 legal holidays, and sick days, as well as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. We will match up to 10% of employee contribution for 401(k), life insurance, paid time-off and parental leave plans.
