Job Overview
Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Project Executive to join our Philadelphia office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing general commercial construction and large multifamily projects valued between $5M and $50M.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, overseeing multiple project teams, and performing annual reviews. Additionally, they should be well-versed in Procore or similar construction software and have the ability to negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
