About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee large capital projects in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing integrated project teams and developing project execution plans.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver critical assets on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, ensuring effective business solutions
  • Implement design strategies for process management and procurement
  • Manage project cost budgeting and control, as well as schedule development and control
  • Provide construction management oversight and implement change management and control
  • Manage communications, information distribution, risk management planning, and mitigation
  • Oversee commissioning, qualification, contract administration, and project close-out
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, biomedical, or related engineering major
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in large biopharma project management (5-20+ years total experience)
  • Experience overseeing cleanroom and lab space construction, including knowledge of industry requirements
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • PMP certification a plus but not required
  • Experience with scope, time, cost, quality, and risk responsibilities
  • Stage Gate process experience
